The holiday apartments of our farm consist of kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. They are all comfortable and spacious and are suitable for 2 to 4 people.

All apartments feature color TV, satellite TV, phone, safe, radio, hairdryer, central heating, balcony, dishes and linen. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are changed according to necessity. In all our apartments our guests can connect to the internet via W-LAN.
Our bread delivery service is much appreciated by our guests.
Breakfast and farm-own products
On request we offer our guests an individual breakfast in the form of a breakfast basket: coffee, tea, milk, hot chocolate, syrups, bread (also home – made bread), butter, jam, honey, bacon, cheese, yogurt, eggs, dried fruits, apple sauce, fruit and vegetables…
The guests can also purchase some farm-own products: jams (raspberries, strawberries, apricots, plums), syrups (raspberries, lemon balm), apple sauce, dried fruits (apples, …), fruit and vegetables…

The rates are provided for one apartment and night (without breakfast) for 2 people.
From 01/01/2018 prices shown will attract a tourist tax of € 1,15 per person (aged 14 years and over) and night (subject to alterations).
Each further person is charged with € 10,00-20,00 per night.
Minimum stay: 3 -7 nights | For a stay of less than seven nights an extra charge might be charged.
Final cleaning is included in the prices indicated below.
Pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION PROTECTION POLICY
In case of unexpected situations causing you to forego your holiday, the following conditions apply:
You can cancel up to 3 months before your set arrival date*. If you cancel within the 3 months directly before your set arrival date, 70% of the booking will be charged. In case of an early departure or late arrival 100% of the booking will be charged. We recommend our Red Rooster cancellation protection policy so that you can spare yourself unnecessary costs.
* The deposit (~1/3 of the booking) will be retained anyhow.
